The hotel location near the waterfront proved very convenient. i found various restaurants and ferry wharfs within a short walk. the room i occupied offered a great view and was very quiet. It was also clean.
the zephyr bar seemed overpriced with service that was not as good as the lobby bar.

The location allowed easy access to the water. I enjoyed walking right out the door and being on the water front. The efficient staff were attentive and the room was clean. The views were multilevel and multidirectional. I found different room styles here.
The online check in did not work well. It told me my room was ready. I learned it was not clean when I arrived.

The in room dining proved good. I liked the salad and the finger fish. The chips tasted good also, plus there was a generous amount of food. Breakfast is available, but I did not have the opportunity to try it.

The guest room size felt generous. I appreciate a balcony, so I booked a room that has it. I could open the window for fresh air, this is very important to me. I found the room to be quiet and conducive to work.

The gym offered a good range of equipment. I used the treadmill and stationary bike. I could easily access Darling Harbour and the quay. The light rail and train station were within walking distance, this made getting around simple.

I found a couple of things that could have been better. The staff I encountered were polite, still the level of service did not fully match my expectations for a hotel of this standing. I did not have the room with a view I desired. I would have appreciated if they provided water, even a complimentary supply for the first night.

I REALLY loved the hotel's location! it was so close to darling harbour. This made exploring the area so easy. the breakfast offered a splendid variety. I especially liked the dairy-free options. the room had fantastic blockout blinds. These helped me sleep soundly.
